# Setup

> Connect the MentionPilot MCP Server to Claude in under two minutes.

## Prerequisites

* A MentionPilot account with at least one brand configured

## Connect to Claude (claude.ai)

1. Open [claude.ai](https://claude.ai) and go to **Settings → Integrations**.

2. Click **Add integration**.

3. Enter the MCP Server URL:

   ```
   https://mcp.mentionpilot.ai/mcp
   ```

4. Claude will open the MentionPilot authorization page. Sign in with your MentionPilot account credentials and click **Connect**.

5. You will be redirected back to Claude. The integration now appears as **mentionpilot** in your integrations list.

You can now start a new conversation and ask Claude about your brand's AI visibility.

## Verify the connection

Ask your AI assistant:

> *"List my MentionPilot brands."*

If the connection is working, the assistant will call `list_brands` and return a list of your tracked brands with their IDs.
