This section is where you manage all brands inside your project. That includes:
  • Your own brand
  • Any additional brands you want to monitor

What you can do here

Add a brand

You can manually add any brand you want to track. When adding a brand, you typically define:
  • Brand name (how it appears in your dashboard)
Keep it simple and clean. Example: Use “HubSpot” instead of “HubSpot Inc.”

Delete a brand

If a brand is no longer relevant:
  • You can remove it from your project
This helps keep your data focused and easier to read.

View brand-level insights

For each brand, you’ll be able to see:
  • How many prompts it appears in
  • How frequently it gets mentioned
  • Its presence across your tracked conversations

Brand vs prompts connection

Each brand is tied to your prompts. That means:
  • A brand only shows data if it appears in your tracked prompts
  • More relevant prompts = better visibility insights

Why this section matters

Insight

Your competitor setup defines how meaningful your insights are.

Example

If you track weak or irrelevant competitors:
  • Your data will look misleading
If you track strong, real competitors:
  • You’ll clearly see gaps and opportunities
